Elan Trotman, Berklee graduate and saxophone "jedi," just released his new album This Time Around. We were excited to produce this Electronic Press Kit for him, telling his story and promoting the new album. Elan grew up in Barbados and has been living in Boston, Massachusetts for over ten years. He is currently a public school music teacher, and often is performing Star Spangled Banner gigs at Fenway, The Garden, and other sports venues across the country. We just produced our first EPK! (Electronic Press Kit) It was a pleasure to work with Terri Lyne Carrington, the very accomplished and talented drummer/musician from the neighboring town of Medford. Terri Lyne talks about her new album as well as her entire career as a professional musician in this documentary-style video. Terri Lyne was the resident drummer on the Arsenio Hall show, and she has been playing with Herbie Hancock for over ten years. She is currently teaching classes at Berklee College of Music, and her new album, More To Say, was released June 1, 2009.

We produced a video for Eckel Industries, a local company that designs and produces sound solutions for product testing and research. This video is a great example of how you can use just pictures, music, and a voice-over to create a powerful and informative video. Eckel Industries is very happy with the final product and is planning on hiring Parker Village Productions to produce more videos for them showcasing more of their company's products.                                    

We produced a video for MyBikeOnline, which is a Massachusetts based online retailer that sells electric bicycles. In this video, owner LeRoy shows us the EG Bali, one of the three EG models that he is currenlty selling. It was a pleasure working with LeRoy, and getting the chance to try out an electric bike was an exciting benefit to being into video production!
